Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and returned to the address we provide. To start a return, email lioriahome@outlook.com with your order number.

Order changes and cancellations: You have 24 hours after purchase to change or cancel your order (sale items excluded).

Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method and usually appears within 5-10 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
